The Associated Training Services (ATS) Heavy Equipment Operator Programs are comprehensive, industry developed, and nationally recognized by employers in the construction, earthmoving, and excavation industries.

ATS students are taught to operate heavy equipment through in-the-seat operation of many types of heavy equipment and through classroom instruction.

Heavy Equipment Operations Level I

Objective

To provide the fundamental skills and knowledge necessary to operate the following equipment and to obtain employment in the construction and excavation industries as an entry level heavy equipment operator.

Weeks to complete

Full time, 3 weeks, MTWHF

Heavy Equipment Operations Level II

Objective

To provide the fundamental skills and knowledge necessary to operate the following equipment and to obtain employment in the construction and excavation industries as an entry level heavy equipment operator. Must complete Heavy Equipment Operations Level I in order to take Heavy Equipment Operations Level II.

Full time, 3 weeks, MTWHF (must complete Level I in order to take Level II)
